This past weekend the University of California of Irvine played host to the 2010 Pan American Jiu jitsu Championships and were hosted by the IBJJF. There was a record turnout of over 2800 competitors and as you would expect, some awesome matches. Here are some of my favorites – out of the over 4000 images taken!

Hey Pesh, I was wondring, are you uploading the 4000 pictures taken?
pesh
Possibly, that’s a LOT of images! I will post an update for the location of any that I share.
Richard Lam
Nice. Was this with your new Nikon? What lens did you shoot with?
pesh
I shot it all with the 105mm prime lens. It took me a while to feel out the lens but I think I was able to nail it ultimately.

Pesh,
Cool to see some well put together pictures from the Pan Ams. The closest I got was watching it was online.
You train? If you’re ever in the Portland area, just let me know.
